To secure your place on the course we require a non-returnable deposit of £100. To register and pay the deposit, please add to cart and fill in the registration form, then continue to payment. You will be able to specify your preferred accommodation option in the form.

£870 per person for a single occupancy room with adjacent shared bathroom used by two guests (female accommodation only)
£750 per person for dormitory accommodation with bathroom facilities

The prices (in UK pounds) include all course tuition and materials, and on-site accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner, from the evening of Friday 15 July to the morning of Sunday 24 July.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We understand that this is a difficult time in which to make travel plans and commitments. If a guest is unable to attend the course due to changes in coronavirus related travel requirements, either at their point of departure or for entry into Spain, we will refund in full any payment made including the £100 deposit.

If a fully paid guest is denied a visa application, we will make a full refund, including the £100 deposit.

If a notice of cancellation for another reason is given by guests 14 days before the start date of the course any payment over the £100 deposit will be refunded.

If a notice of cancellation for another reason is given less than 14 days before the start date of the course 50% of any payment received over the £100 deposit will be refunded.

No refunds will be made after the start of the course.

There is a minimum number of fully paid attendees required for the course to be viable. If we do not reach this number, we reserve the right to cancel the course and will issue full refunds will be made, including for any deposit payments.

In the unlikely event that the course has to be cancelled due to other circumstances beyond our control full refunds will be made including the £100 deposit.
