Cost & Registration

The 2022 course is now fully booked and registration is closed.

The balance payment option below still includes all accommodation options so that those who have already registered may pay the balance of their booking. Please do not check out for the balance payment of an accommodation option you have not previously registered.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We understand that this is a difficult time in which to make travel plans and commitments. If a guest is unable to attend the course due to changes in coronavirus related travel requirements, either at their point of departure or for entry into Spain, we will refund in full any payment made including the £100 deposit.

If a fully paid guest is denied a visa application, we will make a full refund, including the £100 deposit.

If a notice of cancellation for another reason is given before the arrival date for the course, Friday 15th July, any payment over the £100 deposit will be refunded.

No refunds will be made after the start of the course.

There is a minimum number of fully paid attendees required for the course to be viable. If we do not reach this number, we reserve the right to cancel the course and will issue full refunds will be made, including for any deposit payments.

In the unlikely event that the course has to be cancelled due to other circumstances beyond our control full refunds will be made including the £100 deposit.
